The owner, manager and/or operator of the hotel and its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives will not be held liable for any loss, claim, damages or injury resulting from firearms and/or weapons being brought onto these premises and/or being stored on these premises, by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or gross negligence or wrongful acts or omissions of the owner, manager and/or operator of the hotel or its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.
