Protea Hotel by Marriott O R Tambo Airport is situated in Kempton Park, 3.5 km from the O.R Tambo International Airport and and 1 km from the Rhodesfield Gautrain Station. A complimentary airport shuttle service is available. Themed around an aeroplane hangar, the industrial ambiance of the hotel is felt in the white floors, steel finishes, chrome lighting and top to bottom windows that overlook the airplanes as they dock and take off. The modern rooms at Protea Hotel O.R Tambo offer aviation-themed décor. Each room is fitted with satellite TV, work space, European and UK adapters, direct dial telephone, and a laptop size safe. All rooms offer blackout curtains and double-glazed windows. The suites have a seating area. With indoor and outdoor seating, The Warehouse Restaurant serves buffet breakfast and international cuisine. Room service is also available. Guests can stay fit in the 24-hour fitness centre or take a swim in the outdoor pool. The hotel has a conference and meeting facilities. Protea Hotel by Marriott O R Tambo Airport is 35 minutes’ drive from Pretoria and Sandton. The hotel offers free parking.
