Swartland is a gorgeous suburb that makes one think of times gone by with gravel roads and at least one apple tree sticking out of each property. In times gone by Swartland was a big apple orchard. Swartland is a mere 10 minute walk and 1 minute drive, to the main square (Shopping and Restaurant District) in Clarens and takes you back in time.The experience is awesome to say the least. So if you haven't been make sure you do.
