This 460 m2 Penthouse is truly spectacular in all aspects. Incredible beach and ocean views overlooking the North and South coasts of Durban to the North and Scottburgh to the South. You have complete private for tanning and owning the world. Watch the kite surfers in the ocean below you and paragliders at your eye level. The Penthouse is luxurious and offers you everything you would expect in a setting such as this.
