Milnerton Guesthouse is the perfect location for families, couples, business or solo travelers looking to relax and enjoy a home away from home. This beautiful holiday home, situated in a quiet residential area, is within walking distance to the beach, lagoon and promenade restaurants, and consists of two bedrooms that sleep up to 4 guests comfortably; a recently renovated en-suite bathroom & guest bathroom; a relaxing lounge & television area with satellite TV and free Wifi; a gorgeous open plan fully equipped self-catering kitchen and a dining area that leads onto the private outdoor terrace with barbeque (braai) facilities. On the property, you'll have your own secure parking for up to two vehicles and your own separate entrance into the unit. Milnerton Guesthouse is close to the N1 for easy access to all Cape Town attractions and the city center and only a 7 minute drive to Cape Town's leading shopping mall, Canal Walk Shopping Centre. Make use of Uber or the MyCiti bus routes which is within walking distance.
Owners of Milnerton Guesthouse, Trevor and Glenda Pontes, have a passion for hospitality, travel and tourism. They have converted their free-standing home into a beautiful upmarket guesthouse and pride themselves on their excellent levels of service, attention to detail and friendly hospitable nature. Although Trevor and Glenda reside on the property, guests will have their own privacy and separate entrances to the guesthouse.
This beautiful and quiet neighbourhood boasts spectacular views of Cape Town CBD, Robben Island, Signal Hill and, of course, one of the seven wonders of nature - Table Mountain. With its lagoon, beach, nearby restaurants and golf course, this suburb is the ideal spot for some well earned rest and recreation and all within walking distance from the guesthouse. Enjoy a refreshing surf only a 5 minute walk from the guesthouse, go canoeing along the lagoon, visit the theme park at Ratanga Junction, or meet up with friends at one of the many restaurants, bars or cafes in the area. There is so much to choose from. The guesthouse cottage is just a 10-15 minute drive into the city centre and a 5 minute drive to one of the continents leading retail shopping malls - Canal Walk Shopping Centre. One of the most spectacular things about the Milnerton area is that everything you could possibly need or want out of a holiday is right on your doorstep.
