I love fishing, the winelands and exploring the Cape on 2 wheels. We like to share that with other people so they too can experience the wonderful Western Cape.

Well situated in Westridge Somerset West.Very Central.
Walking distance from Bossa and Tigers milk Restaurants. 3km from Waterstone mall. Plenty of take away restaurants all around the area.
8-12 minute drive down to the beach at Strand or Gordons bay.
3km from The R44 which leads to Stellenbosch, Franschoek, the wine Trams and so many wine farms. Strawberry picking is only a 10 minute drive away. Sir Lowry's pass takes you over the mountain onto Grabouw, where you can go and experience Elgin Market with it's awesome food offerings. Cape Town airport is 25km from here and Cape Town city and Waterfront, is a 45 minute drive.
The property has a pool, beautiful view of Falsebay, private secure parking.
Some of the best mountain biking trails are within 1 hours drive from us.
