Somerset West is centrally located with Cape Town, Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront less than an hours’ drive away. Stellenbosch and its wine route are 20 kilometres away with the Strand beachfront a mere 5 kilometres where you’ll find a promenade and facilities for surfing, paddle boarding and fishing.
another must see is The Helderberg Nature Reserve, a 363 hectare natural wildlife preserve opened in 1964, contains a wide variety of smaller fauna (buck, tortoises and other reptiles) and outstanding specimens of indigenous flora such as protea and fynbos.
