Inn on the Sea 4 is a spacious and modern, triple story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom apartment in a secure complex in Ramsgate, right on the lagoon and main Blue Flag swimming beach. On the ground level the open plan lounge area is off the kitchen and dining area and has amazing sea and lagoon views, a small garden, with a covered patio and outdoor seating area, as well as a guest toilet. The large dining table seats 8 and opens up into a pool table for your enjoyment, The large kitchen is fitted with granite tops and a kitchen nook, and is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer combo. On the first level there are 4 bedrooms, of which the main and second bedrooms are fitted with a queen bed, the third bedroom with a double bed and the fourth bedroom with two single beds. They are all fitted with air conditioners and two of the bedrooms have beautiful sea and lagoon views. The main bedroom is fitted with an en – suite, modern bathroom, with a corner jacuzzi type bath, as well as 2 basins, a shower and a toilet. The second, bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second level boasts a bar as well as a lounge area with a flat screen TV, smart box and unlimited Wi-Fi. The balcony off the bar area, is ideal for enjoying the breathtaking sea and lagoon views, while sipping cocktails in your very own, private jacuzzi, or at the outdoor seating area. A kettle braai is provided for your use and the apartment is also equipped with a double automated garage. The complex is fitted with a swimming pool, a thatch Lapa, sufficient back up water supply, as well as a solar system for outside lights, electric fencing and automated gate. All linen and bath towels are provided, just bring with your own swimming towels. Small pets are allowed with permission. Shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity. Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach.
