The Millennial is an incredible place to live. It has a convenient, relaxed atmosphere, with all your self-catering needs. The building has a club house and pool area. Our units are all stylishly furnished and airconditioned with Wi-Fi and smart TV's with an executive desk for your private work space. It is a stone throw away from Gateway with many amenities, restaurants and work places in close proximity. Enjoy a Fantastic Durban experience!

Welcome to prime Umhlanga Ridge. A wonderful place to live, work and play. The Millennial is a short 3 minute walk from Gateway Shopping centre, one of the largest malls in Southern Africa. A 1 minute walk from Chris Saunders park, Seattle coffee and many other amenities. It is a 5 minute drive to the Umhlanga Beach promenade and a stunning location to enjoy your visit.
