Kurt & Ros purchased Fiddlewood Fields Guest House in December 2022. Coming from East London where Ros was a Grade 1 teacher at Selborne & Kurt moved his construction company, Kurlyn to Kenton-on-Sea. Our children, Kyle & Lucy attend St Andrews and DSG. The Guest House has gone through many upgrades in the past few months. Been in the construction industry, we are always improving our surroundings.

Fiddlewood Fields is a beautiful Guest House, situated in Westhill, a few hundred meters from DSG, St' Andrews Prep, College and Rhodes University. The Cottages are set in the tranquil garden, which has an abundance of bird life, all with their own private entrance. We have 5 cottages which suit individuals coming to Makhanda for work, couples visiting their children in boarding and family cottages which have a loft area with 3 single beds, perfect for your children's sleep-outs!! We are here to make your stay feel like, home away from home!! You may choose a self catering option, as cottages are fitted with Kitchenettes, which include air fryers. Or you may order an English breakfast which is served on your patio at an additional cost. Our cottages are modern & luxuriously comfortable with all the amenities needed. We can hear the Pipe band practising on Lower Field, War Cry practices on Friday evening and schools eagerly shouting for their teams at the Polo pools. Life in Grahamstown is focused around Education and we are situated right in the perfect location!
