We are Mark & Lee :) Welcome to our little slice of heaven in Curry's Post, nestled within the scenic Kwazulu Natal Midlands Meander. As naturally sociable hosts, we enjoy meeting new people, sharing stories, and, of course, spoiling our family of eight adorable dogs—seven lovable Dachshunds named Smooch, Toffee, Chino, Peanut, JoJo, Poppie, and Jelly Bean, along with Lady, our cherished adopted stray from the SPCA. If you're not a dog enthusiast, our cottages might not be the perfect fit for you. We also have an airfield on our property and love flying our Sling TSi to many amazing destinations. Fancy flying in with your own aircraft - be sure to reach out to us. We're a proudly gay, married couple, warmly welcoming all guests from every walk of life. ADVENTURE & RELAXATION AWAIT! Cast a line in one of our two picturesque dams, take a refreshing swim, or explore thrilling mountain biking trails through neighboring forests—routes we personally recommend as passionate cyclists. COMFORT MEETS LUXURY Each cottage is beautifully appointed with Queen XL beds, additional single beds, and luxurious Egyptian cotton linens. The spacious open-plan design integrates lounge, kitchen, and patio areas, creating an ideal space to unwind. HOME COMFORTS & ENTERTAINMENT - HOME AWAY FROM HOME! Our cottages come with a modern 43" Smart 4K TV, perfect for cozying up on misty days—bring along your media on a flash drive. Kitchens are fully equipped with a gas stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. PETS CAN STAY BY ARRANGEMENT Pet-Friendly Stay - We do allow 2 doggies per stay, but you are required to read and accept our pet policy, and an additional cleaning charge will apply. Pets cannot be left unattended & have to be socialized for our own gang of dogs!

Nestled in the heart of the Kwazulu Natal Midlands & the Midlands Meander, in Curry's Post - one of the more traditional and lesser commercialized parts of the Midlands is our beautiful cottage. We are approximately 12 kilometers from NOTTINGHAM ROAD and a great location to base yourself if you plan to do the Midlands Meander, Mooi River Howick Falls, Balgowan, Mandela Capture Site, BoschHoek Golf Estate or even the Drakensberg (we are about 30 minutes from KAMBERG). My partner and I love to eat our and travel - so feel free to use us for information on where to eat, drink or visit whilst you are here. Please note that we are a approximately 6km on a dirt from Curry's Post or The Nottingham Road side - getting to the beautiful views from the cottage does mean navigating these roads, which are generally in OK condition - however, we have a small vehicle we use on the farm and it copes fine - so do not be intimidated by this. It is worth the journey - trust us! If you are unsure of the road condition, please, please connect with us when you make your booking.
