ELEVEN on TUMBLEWEED sleeps 6 people comfortably in 3 ensuite bedrooms, each
equipped with Smart TV's and heating and cooling amenities.
Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with views of the mountain from it, the
ensuite bathroom has a modern DADO stone bathtub, ideal for soaking in the
mountain views, a large shower and an outside shower. The master bedroom has
stacking doors that open up onto the large patio.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, a small verandah, perfect for a
catch up read and has a ensuite bathroom and an outside shower.
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The common area has large windows and stacking doors on either side which
once open give the house a one in nature feeling.
The lounge has a Smart TV with NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO and SHOWMAX available.
It also boasts a beautiful log fireplace for those chilly evenings.
UNCAPPED WIFI AVAILABLE
The lounge , dining area and kitchen have glass stacking doors that fully
open leading you onto the large patio/entertaining area that has
uninterrupted views.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
A security deposit is required to be paid via bank transfer with more details given in the welcome messages. Deposits are returned within 7 days of check out provided that no damages have occurred.
NOTE:
No smoking allowed inside; and no hubbly bubbly allowed at any time.

ELEVEN on TUMBLEWEED is a modern fitted and
luxurious free-standing house.
Residents of Cathkin Estates enjoy a mountain retreat with stunning scenery.
The atmosphere is one of peaceful, tranquil ambience for which many of us
yearn. The antelope on the Estate include eland, blesbuck,red hartebeest,
oribi, zebra and wildebeest. The birdlife includes many varieties of
grassland birds, waterfowl and raptors such as jackal buzzards, cape
vultures, yellow-billed kites, snake eagles and black shouldered kites.
Walks start from your front door . There is a short walk to a hide from
which one can study vultures feasting from carcasses in the "vultures'
restaurant".
Another hike is through a gorge leading to a waterfall through an indigenous
forest teeming with birdlife, through to the large trout dam. One can fish
on a catch and release basis or guests can sit on a bench on a covered deck
and enjoy the view. Alternatively, one can enjoy pleasant strolls along the
designated paths and tarred roads on the 1000 ha estate. Cycling enthusiasts
can now enjoy the new mountain biking track or cycle on the tarred roads
