Constantia Manor Guesthouse was build in 2004 and bought by the current owner, Rudolf de Jager in 2008. The Guesthouse is the pride and joy of my wife Hanna and I, where we can live out our love for people, satisfied customers and travel. As the owners we are very involved and we work hands-on with loyal staff members. The house breakfast is prepared by hosts and we would like to make your stay as good as you expected it to be.

Constantia Manor Guesthouse is in the suburb of Constantia Park in Eastern Pretoria. Near us guests can find excellent restaurants, shopping malls, recreation and green areas amidst the city that includes nature reserves, hiking trails and biking experiences. Pretoria is the capitol of South Africa. Due to the location of Constantia Manor in the East, our main stream of business leans more to stay-over accommodation - although there are ample tourist attractions in the city. The guesthouse is build in a timeless classic style with a ground and first floor. We serve breakfast as an extra but no other meals - because of our excellent location and proximity to top class restaurants. Visitors mostly enjoy the culinary abundance and prefer to have their dinners at different locations - we can advice on different tastes. We have a small, unprotected swimming pool, limited hours.

Pretoria is the capitol of South Africa. We are in the eastern side of the city near the rapidly expanding Menlyn and Menlyn Maine precinct, with the Time Squire Arena( 2 km from us). We have more than 20 top quietly restaurants in a 3 km radius. With in 10 km from Constantia Manor is more than 10 big or very big Shopping malls like Menlyn (2.5 km away) and the Woodlands Mall (5 km away), Mall of Africa, Centurion Lifestyle center. There are also lots of small parks with walking trails and the Rietvlei Nature Reserve where you can see Rhinoceros in the wild (6 km away) For the local people we are near the Kloof Hospital, the Pretoria East Hospital and Faerie Glen Hospital . The Moreleta NG Church where the annual "Afrikaans is groot" concert is held is 4.5 km away from us Pretoria have lots of museums and the history of our nation can easily be seen in places like the Freedom Park ,Voortrekker Museum and on Church Square.
