At the Woods Guest House offers bright and elegantly decorated rooms in the Tsitsikamma National Park area. It features an outdoor swimming pool and views of the Storms River Peak. The rooms are decorated with wooden ceilings and a mix of modern furniture and ethnic details. All units have a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. They include a satellite TV, a minibar, and a safe. At the Woods has a backup generator, so is fully functioning during electricity outages. The buffet breakfast is served in At the Woods’ including views of the mountains. The on-site restaurant, Tsitrus Cafe, offers a small, but fresh menu, and is open every evening. The Cafe also stocks local craft and interesting gifts. Guests can also relax by the swimming pool or enjoy the garden. The area features several outdoors activities, like the Tree Top Canopy Tour and the famous Otter Trail Hike. The Tsitsikamma National Park is 10 minutes’ drive and Bloukrans Bungee Jump is 25 km away. Port Elizabeth is 170 km east, and Plettenberg Bay is 65 km west.

公司信息

The owners, Marco and Bev, live on the property, with their kids.They love exploring the area and are keen walkers and cyclists. We have a team of 4 ladies in the Guest House. Theresa has been with us from the start, Mieta since 2006, and Anna and Evette a good number of years!

住宿信息

We bought the property in 2004. It had been a shop downstairs, with the owners living upstairs. Marco did extensive renovations and additions and we opened in December 2005. In August 2015, we opened Tsitrus Cafe on the property, again designed and built by Marco. It offers a small menu of freshly made items, wood fired pizzas being a favourite. It is open every day for lunches, dinners and in-betweens!

Storms River Village is an idyllic little place, with friendly locals, and lots of outdoor things to do.. One is able to walk to a lot of the activities, and also to the restaurants in the evenings.. We are in easy driving distance of Storms River Mouth, Bloukrans Bungy, Natures Valley and the Crags.
