We are a young family consisting of myself, Jess, my husband, Aydan and our daughter, Cecilia and our two dogs Spritz and Naartjie. We love hiking, adore food and value family and friends. Aydan and I met on the yachts in 2015 and fell in love, from there we went on a trip to South Africa to visit his family and I couldn't think of anywhere better to spend the rest of our days! Aydan grew up here in the Valley and so showed me the ropes and all the amazing activities in the area surrounding these beautiful mountains and I was hooked! We got married in May 2023, moved to Ama Casa in May 2024 and had our daughter in August 2024 so a busy few years! We love hosting and meeting g new people and can't wait to meet you!

There are many, many local activities ranging from outdoor sports, hiking, golf, trail running and cycling, horse riding, zip lines, abseiling, to excellent informal restaurants, coffee shops, outdoor dining and including unique experiences like concerts at the world-famous Drakensberg Boys Choir School.
