AfriCamps Waterberg is a tranquil bushveld glamping camp located in the heart of the Waterberg plateau in Limpopo. The camp offers a range of activities amidst serene bush scenery. Situated 2,5 hours from Pretoria, the camp is easily accessible and provides an opportunity to experience the unspoiled wilderness of the Waterberg Biosphere. Located within a 2500-hectare game reserve, this camp offers a family-friendly wildlife experience in a malaria-free environment. Guests can enjoy horseback game viewing safaris, guided game drives, hiking, astronomy shows, and birdwatching. The AfriCamps boutique glamping experience is perfect for families, couples, and close friends to get closer to nature while enjoying all of life's little luxuries. Our custom-made tents are fully furnished and equipped for five guests. Each AfriCamps tent consists of an outdoor wood-fired hot tub or splash pool, a spacious open-plan lounge area with a comfortable couch, a dining area with a solid wooden table and seating for five guests, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms that comfortably sleeps five guests, and a bathroom complete with a spacious rain shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with an extra-length queen-size bed and have their own private entrance which allows maximum privacy. One of the bedrooms also contains a single bunk bed. Our tents are equipped with an indoor fireplace and ceiling fans. Enjoy a braai on our spacious wooden decks and take in the views from the comfortable deck loungers. Pull up the front and side panels and transform the tent into a large outdoor living area. Unwind and appreciate a festive family breakfast while taking in the serene natural beauty of the South African landscape.
