This is a brand new entire house with modern finishes. The property is situated near Gate 2 in a quiet part of the park with a variety of game visiting the house. Also close to Lionspruit, where the unmistakable roar of the lions can be heard. There are 2 supermarkets in the park, various restaurants, a liquor store and butchery. For the kids there are bigger pools and super tubes at Marlothi Village as well as a putt putt course. Marloth Park also has a car wash and laundromat.
