Our open plan layout flows into a sunny living room with wall to wall windows allowing gorgeous sunlight to flow in and 180 degree views of the yachts and ocean beyond. Solar Power and battery backup has been installed to mitigate load-shedding. The top kitchen, Wi-Fi, all lights as well as essential power points are fully functional during power outages. With conservative use, the system’s batteries can supply up to 6 hours of power without the support of the solar panels.
