Pet Policy:

• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public lifts. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate

• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended

• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals

• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.

• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas

• Keep your pet under your control and supervision at all times. Any disturbance such as barking, biting, and aggressive behavior may result in removal of pets and/or guests at the discretion of the hotel management

• A limit of 02 pets under 7 kilograms each are allowed per room

• A daily charge of 500,000 VND is added to your booking stay to accommodate our housekeeping fees

• For any pet-related damage to the room or disturbance to other guests, or additional cleaning requested or required, Wink may charge for all associated costs, including compensation made to other guests if necessary
