Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change without prior notice due to the weather, tide levels and operating conditions according to the Port Authorities.

Embark time: 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM (Room check-in time is 12:30 PM)

Disembark time: 11:15 AM - 11:30 AM.

Please note that room check-out time is 09:00 AM - 09:30 AM. Guests enjoy early lunch & activities until final disembarkation.

Round-trip shuttle bus transportation from & to Hanoi Old Quarter; Airport transfer service are available at the additional charge. Please inform our cruise office in advance of your hotel location or flight details for arrangement.

Guests must provide the passport information of all members at least 02 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number - Arrival date in Vietnam (or Visa expiration date). Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same.

An additional charge will be applied for extra person, room upgrade, beverages and other requests (late boarding, early disembarkation,...)

There will be a mandatory surcharge for December 24th (Christmas's Eve), December 31st (New Year Eve) and Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year).
