Guests have access to a restaurant, free biycles and free private parking. Located close to the beach, the villa is 800 metres from Montgomerie Links , 100 metres from BRG golf club and 4.8 km from Non Nuoc Hamlet. Ngu Hanh Son Mountain and Marble Mountains are approximately 5 km away. Phu Bai Airport is 79 km from the property. The nearest golf course is about 7 minutes away by car. Each villa has a balcony, seating and dining areas and a kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and an electric kettle. A flat-screen cable TV and washing machine are included. Golf car pick-up service is available at the villa. Golf sets are available for rent at a fee. Airport shuttle, laundry and ironing services can be arranged for a fee.

Its chief feature is a 7,160-yard, 18-hole, links-style layout that was designed in the true spirit of the game such as blown-out bunkers, firm and fast fairways that bleed gently into wild seaside vegetation, rugged waste areas, swales and hollows.
