Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated arrival time to arrange boat transfer and/or airport transfer. You can contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Outside food, including raw food, cooked food, instant noodles, or beverages, is not allowed in the resort. Storage is provided at the resort’s lounge, so you can collect upon check-out.

Vietnamese residents who hold a valid Vietnamese ID or a passport with Vietnamese origin and expats who hold a work permit with a minimum validity of 6 months are eligible for domestic rates. Otherwise, an extra fee applies.

The credit card used to guarantee the booking must be presented upon check-in.

Please inform the property in advance if you will not be able to present the credit card used for the booking upon arrival.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A fee for an early boat before 07:00 or a late arrival boat after 19:00 will be applied per way per villa.

Pets are not allowed at the resort.

Flycams (drones) are not allowed in the resort.

Deposit for incidental charges at the resort is VND 2,000,000 per night, per villa (in cash or by credit card).

Children aged under 6 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding and when breakfast is included in the rate.

A breakfast surcharge of VND 750,000 applies for children aged 6–11 years per night when using existing bedding.

Children aged 12 years and above will incur an additional charge of VND 1,500,000 per person, per night when using extra beds.

A breakfast surcharge of VND 1,500,000 per child, per night applies for children aged 12 years and above.
