You'll find us in a breezy alley, just at the corner of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St. and Nguyen Binh Khiem St. We've created a space that feels peaceful and relaxing, maximizing natural light, and with vibrant, green balcony nooks filled with plants and flowers. Evie House is the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the city, a place where you can truly unwind and recharge. Each studio has the area 40sqm, is fully equipped with modern amenities: a queen-size bed (1.6m x 2m) with comfortable mattress and pillows, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, air conditioning, high-speed internet, a smart TV with Netflix, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The highlight of our studios is the lovely, quiet balconies with great city views. We've filled it with some tropical plants and flowers, and a simple outdoor seating area bringing a touch of nature into the space. It's a nice spot to enjoy a quiet moment after a day of exploring. Just a 10-minute walk from the iconic Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica, our studio provides easy access to Saigon's most famous landmarks and attractions, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city's rich culture and vibrant atmosphere. * Please note that Evie House is a walk-up building (ground floor + 4 floors) and does not have an elevator.
