After a full day at the beach, spread out on the sofa and watch TV. Take advantage of the stunning kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating. The space even has a breakfast nook by the window to enjoy coffee and nourishment before a fun day. This area is so walkable that you might not even need your car for the trip. Explore downtown on foot and enjoy the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Four beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
