AWD/4WD is highly suggested in order to get up the driveway. This property is nestled on 4 acres in Cosby, TN & is conveniently located near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, the National Park, Newport and Cherokee-NC. Come & visit this beautifully secluded property. There's a unique charm that anyone will enjoy. Whether it be your honeymoon or just a quick getaway, "Roaming|Ava" is perfect for you.
It is suggested that guests have 4WD or AWD. The driveway is steep and gravel.
We reside in the area and take care of the property ourselves. We will never be on the property without speaking with a guest first. We respect our guests privacy.
Spirited Away has a hill top atmosphere. It feels very secluded but it’s located within 20 minutes of all the attractions. There are very few lights in the area so please try to take in the bright night sky.
