-No smoking. No fireworks. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.
-This is a designated single-family unit. According to community rules, it is for single-family residential use only and no other purpose.
"Single Family” shall mean a group of one or more persons related by blood, marriage, adoption, guardianship, or other duly authorized custodial relationship who maintain a common household. Leases/rentals may not have more than two unrelated guests included in the headcount
-NOT suitable for unrelated groups.
*IMPORTANT: To ensure neighborhood safety and tranquility, our Northridge community security requires guests to be registered 24hrs before arrival.
-Provide total number of adults and children (17 or under).
-Share first and last names of all adult guests.
-Include license plate numbers of all vehicles.
-Disclose any pet details.
-We will handle the registration with security and share a copy with you. You'll receive a link when you book that you can easily input the information from any mobile or desktop. Disregard the $50 payment while registering. We will handle the payment for you.
Parking: Two spaces available in front of our home. Please park front facing the house with license plate visible from the street. Do not parallel park. Additional cars may be parked at the Overflow lot at 112 Quail Ln across from the community pool (see map in listing photos).
Pets: Up to two (2) pets (cats/dogs) allowed with a $50 pet fee.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform The Outpost Camelback Walk to Ski, Swim, and Fun! in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
