We will charge a 1-night deposit of room and tax charges at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled or reservation arrival date is changed within 14 days of originally confirmed arrival date. We accept changes to arrival date free of penalty outside of the 14-day cancellation window. Changes to arrival date with 14 days of arrival will be subject to our cancellation policy of forfeiture of deposit
To avoid the costs associated with cancelling, The Harbor Front Inn strongly encourages guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover pre-paid and non-refundable expenses and deposits. Guests are responsible for any and all defaults due to illness, inclement weather, travel issues, or any other conditions that may prevent staying at The Harbor Front Inn on all dates reserved.
