Our property is a duplex situated in north Palm Springs one block west of Palm Canyon Drive in the quiet neighborhood of Little Tuscany. Relax on your private patio and enjoy the breath-taking views of San Jacinto mountains or head outdoors where your minutes from shopping and the excitement of the bars and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs. Enjoy our pool and hot tub located off unit B which are shared amenities with the owner. Pool heating may be requested during colder months and daily heating fees apply. Hot tub heating is complimentary.

We respect your privacy but when needed we are living in Unit B and can be reached by phone, text or email.

Our home is nestled at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains with a breath-taking view from the living room. We are located conveniently minutes north of downtown Palm Springs in the neighborhood known as Little Tuscany. We are one street west of Palm Canyon Drive which is the main street of Palm Springs and short walking distance to the #4 bus stop in front of the 7 Eleven convenient store, fast food, restaurants, Toucans Tiki bar, 4 paws coffee shop and several consignment stores. The #4 bus stops at the 25th of every hour to downtown Palm Springs. The famous Tram is just a mile north of us and is a great place to visit.
