Including a spacious, fully screened back porch, the length of the house adds more room for entertaining or enjoying the beautiful flower gardens. Attached garage for convenience, storage and protected parking. Also, enjoy the 4 bikes, cooler, and beach chairs in the sunny warm weather. It is nestled privately in a Marathon Garden Club-certified Monarch Butterfly Garden and Florida-friendly landscaping. Parking is easy, even if you have a boat trailer and there are 4 bikes which can get you around Marathon via bike path. A local taxi service cheap and convenient.
