Located in Biltmore Village, The Residences at Biltmore - Asheville offers large, self-catering studios and suites with 1 to 3 bedrooms. Features include an outdoor pool, hot tub, and free WiFi. The historic Biltmore Estate is 800 metres away. A kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat-screen cable TV, and an en suite are standard in all studios and suites at The Residences at Biltmore - Asheville. Some suites have a private balcony or patio. The fitness centre offers treadmills, an elliptical, and weights. The 24-hour concierge can arrange flowers, massages, or chocolates and champagne for a fee. The River Arts District is a 9-minute drive away. The hotel is currently known as The Residences at Biltmore, and is 4 miles from the nearest exit to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 10 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewery. This property's name is changing to Lantern Lodge on January 1st, 2026.
