Located on Spruce Cape Rd., this apt is unattached from the main house and sits on a little more than an acre of land in a family-friendly neighborhood. It has views of the ocean in the front and a small forest of spruce in the back. This property is shared with a local family of six, who live in the main house, a friendly lab mix, and a plethora of local songbirds that greet you with every new day! Just like most things here, we are 5-10 minutes away from all local amenities.
