Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of 500 dollars.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The Skyland community features a private beach on Lake Tahoe, so you'll be a short walk from restful afternoons spent on the shoreline. Zephyr Cove, less than two miles south, and downtown South Lake Tahoe, just over five miles south, are also close by, whether you're in search of dining, shopping, and nightlife or snowmobile, jet ski, and kayak rentals. During the winter months, you'll also be only six miles north of the world-class slopes at Heavenly Ski Resort.
