This brand-new construction in a tranquil area is the perfect place to sit back and escape it all. Spend tranquil days fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding on the calm lake, or tour the area by visiting fun attractions like Water Wizz of Cape Cod, Pinehills Golf Club, Herring Run, or Plymouth Memorial Hall. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior filled with natural light and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the TV, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's sleep listening to the rolling waves when the wind ripples the lake. Spend time with your loved ones making memories in the game room, playing shuffleboard and board games, or hosting a movie night on the large TV. Take advantage of your direct water access with scenic strolls together by the lake or pack some food and have a picnic with the kids and make memories you'll never forget. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise on the deck. Do the same with sunsets by barbecuing on the porch, and listening to the wildlife settle down for the night. An outdoor firepit is also available for toasty starlight gatherings. THINGS TO KNOW For little guests, a Pack N Play is provided. The home's final updates will be complete in Spring 2023. Boating on the lake is reserved for association members only, there are no rentals and no place to launch a personal motorized boat. YouTube TV is included.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
