Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, ROOST features 60 furnished, fully-equipped accommodations, which meld the comfort and convenience of an apartment with the high-end amenities and design of a boutique hotel. ROOST East Market offers fully furnished apartments available for weekly and monthly accommodations. All of our apartments feature full-size kitchens with cookware and utensils and king size beds. Outside of the apartments, a variety of useful services are available - including landscaped terraces, community vegetable gardens & grills, 20 meter heated lap pool, 24-Hour Fitness Center, library & lounge, demo kitchen and a private screening room, weekly housekeeping, dog walking, a bike share program, and a 24-hour front desk and concierge.

Positioned on the edge of Midtown Village, ROOST sits within a merchant corridor with an eclectic mix of independently owned and operated restaurants, retail boutiques and more. ROOST is located directly across the street from Jefferson Station and a 3 blocks from Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. ROOST overlooks the landmark Reading Terminal Market, one of America's largest and oldest public markets, housed since 1874 and is located amidst the dynamic Midtown Village restaurant scene and walking distance to City Hall and the Philadelphia Convention Center.
