My home is a very comfy and chill cat paradise (please remember it is my home and there will be clutter in common areas only, the guest rooms and bath are pristine).
My home has a beautiful big warm seasonal swimming pool and lovely patio with chairs and tables and a garden.
Smoking of both cigarettes and recreational use marijuana is allowed on patio. Smoking is also allowed in the kitchen but NOT in the guest rooms so if smoke smell bothers you please do kitchen book my home.
There are 5 very friendly cats living inside my home so you must love cats!
My home is in a very safe residential neighborhood only 6 miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip and less than 4 miles from the airport. Markets, good inexpensive food, Walmart, and many businesses are half a mile to 1 mile of the property. Bus stop is a long walk(appx. 1/2 mile)
Free parking & NO resort fees.
My property is designed for visitors to Las Vegas only NOT for homeless, unemployed, locals who do drugs!
