I’m a 42-year-old software engineer, and my wife is a passionate horse enthusiast. Our shared love for technology and the equestrian lifestyle keeps us balanced and always on the go! We’re frequent visitors to the World Equestrian Center and love everything it has to offer, from exciting events to its serene atmosphere. Welcome to The Pony Flat, part of Heart Horse Homes, a charming 1,250 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home designed for comfort and relaxation. This inviting property features a welcoming front porch, cozy interiors, and all the conveniences of home. Fully furnished, it includes a well-equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and silverware, as well as a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron for your convenience. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs offering Netflix, Paramount+, Prime Video, and Peacock. High-speed WiFi provides seamless connectivity throughout the entire 2.5-acre property. Equestrian enthusiasts will appreciate the optional access to one horse stall at an additional charge, equipped with automatic water feeders, cushioned mats, and a shared air-conditioned tack room with hot and cold water. The property also features two large paddocks and a scenic bridle trail for riding enjoyment. The Pony Flat is part of Heart Horse Homes, which also includes a 1,650 sq ft additional home on the same fully fenced, gated 2.5-acre property. Shared spaces and outdoor cameras ensure security, privacy, and a safe environment for your family and pets (please select the pet-inclusive option). Located just one minute from the world-renowned 2,000-acre equestrian facility, you'll enjoy access to premier horse competitions, shops, restaurants like Yellow Pony, Stirrups, Viola & Dot’s, and Filo’s Mexican Cantina, as well as coffeehouses, making it an ideal getaway for equestrian lovers and families alike.
