This completely remodeled three-bedroom penthouse condo is located in the Pointe Royale resort community and features a balcony with alfresco dining. The kitchen features all the appliances needed, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also offers a gorgeous breakfast bar that seats four, which adds extra dining space to the adjoining dining area. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long, fun-filled day. You'll find nothing but comfort with a cozy sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV with cable. On site amenities include multiple pools, hot tub, tennis, golf, and fishing.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
