Quiet, residential neighboorhood. The vacant lot next door is where the neighbors congregate at sunset or to launch their kayaks and paddle boards. If you need any supplies, we have a 7-11 convenience store just a short walk from the house. You will definitely need a car....public transportation is non-existent in these parts.
