Great new 1 bedroom efficiency apartment.
Private yard, entrance and free parking.
Kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator and keurig.
Apartment is very private, quiet and best of all only 1 block to the beach.
Outdoor shower and private outdoor dining space.
We first visited Tybee Island about 10 years ago and immediately fell in love. We have lived here full time just over a year. We are very close by in case we are needed by our guests. We hope you love Tybee and The Pearl as much as we do!
We live upstairs and are a available if needed for any reason.

We are mid island and close to everything.
The lighthouse and down town are less than 1 mile away.
IGA ( grocery store) is 2 houses away.
Once you park your car you can rent a bike or golf cart and only use the car to go to Savannah!
