Parking is NOT Included in your stay. Parking downtown ranges from 10.00 per night (uncovered lot behind building to 30.00 per night for covered and secure with an attendant 24/7 (my preference) Or you can stay on the outskirts of the city and deal with horrible traffic! Pay with time, hassle and aggravation or stay downtown and pay to park. The property is nestled in the middle of the heart of downtown. The building is directly across the street from the Iconic Truist building (formerly known as Sun Trust Bank). The building is 24 stories and my unit is on the 23rd floor facing historic Peachtree Street. My unit has keyless entry and parquet hardwood floors. Sun rises and sunsets make for special mornings and evenings! There are several attractions within a ten minute walk including: Centennial Olympic Park, The Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame and The World of Coca Cola to name a few! The MARTA station is a 5 to 10 minute walk as well. (Provides direct transportation to the airport)
