Enjoy the best of the Cape Coral Yacht Club neighborhood. We offer beautifully restored Terrazzo floors along with all new cabinetry, appliances and furniture. The interior of the house has been greatly improved since Hurricane Ian. The lanai, pool and waterfront offer you serene splendor and beauty that you will not want to leave. We provide the most convenient location in Cape Coral, just one mile from the downtown restaurant district.
Our home is managed by a property manager who lives nearby. Her contact information is available in our guestbook located within the home. It is possible on rare occasions that I will stop by the house during your stay to retrieve or drop off a car that is stored in the garage. Also, along with the regular yard maintenance contractor, I may be by to perform exterior work such as trimming trees or mowing the lawn during your stay. I will always inform you before arrival.
Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with kind and courteous neighbors Downtown Cape Coral - with plenty of shops and restaurants - is only a few minutes away! Two cars are able to fit in on the left side the driveway with ease. Cape Coral does not allow any parking on the grass outside of the home. One parking spot on the apron on the right side of the driveway is reserved for the boater that rents the lift on the dock. Please park on the left side on the off chance the boater will arrive while you are parked.
