This 1BR/2BA Port Aransas condo is a gem. You’ll love the stylish kitchen with designer countertops and backsplash, 10-foot ceilings, and high-end accent lighting and crown molding.
This luxurious Seagate Condo is situated in the Palmilla Beach Resort. The beach boardwalk is within walking distance, or hop in the car and make the short drive to park right at the entrance. Downtown Port Aransas, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, is just 6 minutes away.
ABOUT THE CONDO
Sip sweet tea and enjoy the warm breeze on your private patio with comfortable seating. Beach-chic decor and laid-back furniture make the living room extra welcoming with a queen sofa bed, two wicker chairs, and a 48” flat-screen TV for movie nights.
The completely updated gourmet kitchen features designer granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen extras include a Keurig, toaster, and three-seat center island with extra prep space. There’s also a formal dining table with room for six just off the kitchen.
This condo sleeps six in the master bedroom, bunk bed nook, and queen sofa bed in the living area.
Retreat to the pristine master bedroom with a distinctive nautical flair, gorgeous king bed, and 50” flat-screen TV. A private patio is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The en-suite master bathroom impresses, too, with a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower.
Tuck into a twin-over-twin bunk bed in a sleeping nook off the kitchen. A second full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.
The condo has assigned parking for one car and a stackable washer/dryer.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
