Born and raised in Miami, FL, Nicole's family often retreated to Key Largo to escape the city by boating, fishing and spending time with family. Sea Mist is our little place in heaven to share with others so that they can experience the beauty and magic of the Florida Keys.

This condo is located within the private, gated Kawama Community of Key Largo. Kawama was built around a 3-acre salt-water lagoon that is well maintained and aerated. Swimmers, paddle boarders, and kayakers enjoy the large floating platforms that have been tethered to the middle of the lagoon. There is a sandy beach at one end, tiki huts and also a walking path around the perimeter of its shoreline. Another unique feature here is the 400-foot long fishing jetty, where everyone enjoys fishing and where they also like to gather to watch the sunset each evening. A few hundred yards in front of the jetty, you will discover Rodriguez Key, a small protected mangrove island that is popular with boaters for its low-tide sandbar. Kawama's beach and sandy coastline have several tiki huts, lots of beach-type seating for gathering and sunbathing, a couple of fire pits and grills and a fish-cleaning station. We have here the Molasses Reef Marina, where slips may be rented. Its channel has direct access to the Atlantic. Kawama has a total of 3 pools. For the kids, we have a new Pirates-themed playground. Kawama's property is surrounded by the world-famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
