Our Ocean view Condos are centrally located in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii. The town of Hilo is located on the east side of the island and birthplace of the annual Merrie Monarch Hula Competition Festival held in April. The boasts many activities such as downtown shopping eclectic eateries, farmers markets, museums, beach parks, botanical gardens,zoo,golfing, shopping malls, zip lines, waterfalls, Volcano National Park and more! Located right next door to of Carlsmith Beach park with amazing swimming, snorkeling and sun bathing. beachfront accommodation PS : washer, dryer and trash chute just to right of the elevator for Guests use on each level ( it is coin operated and we give out free starter coins and laundry pods for your use:) You can also use any of the shopping carts on the lower level to help you bring items into your room, but please return for others to use. Tip: If you open the front door and just use front screen door, you will get a nice cross breeze and keeps the unit cool.
