In winter months, please carry chains in all vehicles as road conditions can be icy and slick.
Our neighbors are friends and live here full time. Please respect quiet hours which are from 10 pm to 7 am.
This quiet and peaceful neighborhood is full of singing birds and wildlife.
Lake Arrowhead has quiet hours. Please try and respect our neighbors, as they will contact us and you will be fined.
The National Forest is within walking distance, and provides a great opportunity for a Family hike.
