This property was fully renovated in July 2021 with brand new 12"x24" tile flooring, 6" baseboards, freshly painted interior, freshly painted exterior, LED bathroom faucets, spray neck kitchen faucet, quartz countertops, brand new toilets, brand new furniture throughout, brand new patio furniture, coolers to keep drinks cold while spending the day in the pool and spa, 6 foot tables for food, brand new stove, microwave, and washer. 70" Samsung TV in the living room, 43" Samsung TV in the primary bedroom, and safe to store your valuables while visiting. Home also comes with DirecTV for your viewing pleasure.
If guests would like to heat the pool and/or spa, there is a flat fee of eighty dollars for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). The fee can be paid via cash, Zelle, CashApp, debit card, or credit card. Notify the host, how you would like to pay.
My team and I enjoy providing a safe, clean, and relaxing home for guests. All amenities, dishes, and small appliances are here for your enjoyment. ADT alarm is in place for added security and peace of mind. Welcome!
