This home is where my family got our start. My wife, Larissa, and I got married in 2012 and rented able to purchase in 2020. We have three kids and when it was time to move to a larger space, we were blessed to be able to move and still hang onto this family heirloom mountain cottage. We’re very excited to share a piece of our history, as well as the history of Lookout Mountain, with guests from all over the country and even internationally!

Hello! I’m Derek. I work in the industrial supply business and just recently became blessed with the opportunity to be a host. I’m an avid hunter and fisherman, and my whole life revolves around God and family. I have a son and two daughters. I’ve been married since 2012 and I love nothing more than being with my family! I’m very proud of becoming a host, and I’m here to serve!
