Whether you are sitting in the large screened in porch, outside on the shore you can enjoy the sound of the water lapping on the rocky shore -270 degree lakeview + rocky beach [sturdy water shoes, or something similar, suggested for swimming] -Adirondack floor has a common large living/sleeping area, bathroom + screened in porch -pool table, Velcro dart-game, foosball available -picnic table, large parasol, SoloStove firepit + Paddle boat on waterfront -Canoe, kayak, boats and yachts nearby -outdoor hot tub -we [couple, 2 young school age kids, dog] live on premises [upper 2 floors] year-round, so grounds are shared with us with a sound-insulated locked large door that separates your rental space from rest of the home -full Murphy bed [sleeps 2], queen sleeper sofa [sleeps 2] + large CordaRoy bean bag chair that converts to a queen mattress on the floor [sleeps 2] -expandable table (4-6 people) -large HD TV [Netflix and Disney+], piano + gas fireplace -private bathroom contains shower, toilet + sink. -kids can play in fenced-in playground with 2-story play structure, shared with our kids -Toys for young children (ages 3-7) can be arranged -pets are ok -12 min from downtown Plattsburgh for shopping/restaurants + long Plattsburgh City public beach -1 hour from Montreal + Lake Placid + Burlington/Vermont -minutes from Plattsburgh International Airport -Youtube search "LoZa House" for a short video of your vacation rental -no meals are served + no kitchen included -“Food preparation area” with toaster-oven, microwave, bar fridge, coffee-maker, blender, utensils, plates, glasses -several closeby restaurants [sit-in dining, take-out + delivery] -access to a Napolean BBQ + outdoor patio set NOTE: 2 new rentals will be on property summer '23. The house is located at the end of a dead-end branch of dead-end road. As such the traffic is minimal to none. The neighbors are friendly and likely to wave as you pass. A little farther down the road, by car, you will find a grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacy, and banks. All you need for last minute items. All you need within a 5 min distance.
