Stay in this 450 sqft private studio with high ceilings, fireplace, and balcony overlooking a golf course. Located in Santa Monica's peaceful Sunset Park neighborhood, it'just a short walk to the beach and local shops, restaurants. Enjoy high-speed 5G internet and a fully equipped kitchen, plus free street parking. Our primary residence is separate, but we're available if needed. Perfect for work or play, this studio offers the ideal home base for your Santa Monica vacation.
We are available from 8 am to 10 pm for our guests, if there any problems or questions they can contact us with email or text message, our response time is usually within an hour.
The neighborhood is very quiet and is ideal for walking around, there is a walk path along the golf course and overall the neighborhood is peaceful.
