All guests must be at least 25 years old.

Please note the resort front desk has limited hours of operation. Guests who intend to arrive outside normal check-in hours must call the property in advance at the phone number on the booking confirmation to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Security is available onsite for late check-ins from 21:00 until 07:00.

Please note, only one car is permitted per unit for the summer and holiday periods.

Boats, trailers, motorcycles and RVs are not allowed on the property.

Please be advised that Landmark Resort has scheduled a major project beginning October 25, 2022, running through April 15, 2023. Construction activity will include minor disruptions with elevator service, noticeable construction related noise, and limited parking at one end of the south lot.
